About Musser Park Plumbing
Musser Park Plumbing is a small plumbing company based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. It works on houses, rentals and small commercial properties in the city and in the communities around it: the leaks, the slow drains, the water heaters and the fixtures that keep a building running day to day.
Started in Lancaster in 2009
The company began with a first job that had nothing glamorous about it. Before there was a Musser Park Plumbing, Xander Pace hauled pipe and dug trenches for a repair crew. He came away from that work wanting to do it with more care for each house, and in 2009 he started his own company in Lancaster to do exactly that.
That beginning still shapes the work. A repair is only as good as the understanding behind it, so the job starts with finding out what is actually wrong rather than replacing parts until the symptom goes away. When a drain keeps slowing down, the question is why. When a ceiling stain keeps coming back, the question is where the water is really coming from.
Xander Pace
Owner and manager
Xander likes the jobs that take some tracing. A slow drain that turns out to be a broken line under a slab is his kind of problem, and so is an old house where no two fittings match. Jobs like those make him slow down and find the real cause, and that habit is the core of how the company works.
Most days he is under a sink or in a crawl space, not behind a desk, which is where a plumber learns how a house was actually put together.

The Work and the Properties We Take On
The plumbing work covers both sides of a system. On the drain side that means drain cleaning and sewer line repair. On the supply side it means leak repair, worn supply lines and shutoff valves, and water heater repair and replacement. Sump pump installation keeps basements dry, and fixture work covers faucets, toilets, garbage disposals and shower valves, repaired or installed new.
- Homeowners with a problem they can see, hear or smell, from a drip under the sink to water that won’t heat.
- Landlords and property managers with rentals, where a tenant’s report needs a clear answer about what failed and what it will take.
- Small commercial properties with restrooms, kitchens and the supply and drain lines that serve them.
Old Houses, New Subdivisions
Lancaster is a city of brick row homes and older houses with basements that have seen several generations of plumbing, often with galvanized, copper and plastic pipe joined in the same run. The townships around it add newer subdivisions with plastic drain lines and sump pits. Both have their own habits, and both reward a plumber who looks before deciding what to replace.
The company works in Lancaster and in nearby communities such as Lititz, Millersville, Mountville, Willow Street and Manheim Township. An address a little farther out is still worth asking about: send the details through the request form.
