Musser Park Plumbing

Book an Estimate

Use the form for anything from a dripping shutoff valve to a sewer backup that keeps coming back. A few clear lines about what you’re seeing are enough to start: we read every request, ask what we need to know, and set a day for a visit.

Phone, Email and Calling Hours

Call (717) 928-8698 or email manager@musserparkplumbing.com.

Calls answered Mon–Fri 8:00 am – 9:30 pm, Sat–Sun 8:30 am – 8:30 pm.

Water Running or Sewage Backing Up?

Don’t wait on a form. Call the shop, and use the first steps for emergency plumbing: shutting off the main valve and the water heater, and what not to do in the meantime.

Describe the Job

The address and ZIP code tell us where the job is, and the property type whether it’s a house, a rental or a commercial space. The more of it you fill in, the better prepared the visit.

Required

Request received. We’ll be in touch to ask what you’re seeing and set a day for the visit.

Photos Go by Email

Pictures travel by email rather than through the form. A shot of a stain, a leaking fitting, a water heater’s label or a toilet’s model number can save a lot of back and forth, so send photos to manager@musserparkplumbing.com and mention your name and street so we can match them to your request.

From Request to Visit

We’ll be in touch to ask what you’re seeing and to set a day for the visit. If something sounds like it can’t wait, we’ll explain what to shut off until then. The visit itself, the findings and the plan you agree to before any work starts all follow Our Standards.

Writing a Request That Gets the Job Moving

What should the description say?

What you see or hear, where it is in the house, and when it started. “Water spots on the dining room ceiling under the upstairs bath, worse after showers, started last week” tells us far more than “leak.” If a drain is slow, say which fixtures and whether more than one is affected.

Does it help to know the age of the equipment?

Yes. The age of a water heater, a toilet or a faucet is often what decides between a repair and a replacement. The year is usually printed on a water heater’s label; for fixtures, a rough guess is fine.

Should I mention how to get to the problem?

Please do. A crawl space hatch in a closet, a finished basement ceiling, a shutoff behind a panel or a cleanout under a deck all change how a job is approached, and it helps to know before the visit.

What if I already shut the water off?

Say so in the request, and say which valve you closed. If you haven’t and water is still running, call instead of writing, and see the first steps for a burst pipe or backup.

Can I send a request for a rental or a business?

Yes. Choose rental or commercial as the property type, and add who will let us in and the best way to reach that person if it isn’t you.
